WHEN do you ship?
We ship our products out weekly so please allow 10 days plus the Canada Post delivery time (depends on your shipping location and shipping option)
WHERE do you ship to?
If you live outside of Canada, you are responsible for any state taxes, duties, taxes or brokerage charges that may be added to your order by your respective state, province, territory, or country.
HOW do you ship?
We use Canada Post for all of our shipping. You are provided with a number of different shipping options at the time of purchase. We do accept store-pickups as well.
RATES to ship?
Shipping rates are according to Canada Post. We do not charge any surcharge or anymore than what they charge to us. Shipping Rates are subject to change at the discretion of the shipping company.
Taxes and Duties:
We are required to charge 5% GST (13% HST where applicable) within Canada.
We are also required to charge 8% PST in the province of Ontario.
There is no PST on Shipping charges.
Instore pick up option?
You can personally pick up at our store 1 week after purchase
